The trial is free and needs no credit card. When it ends, choose a plan to keep using EasyA: the trial never turns into a paid subscription on its own.
Yes. From the “Plan” area you can move between Starter and Pro and between monthly and annual billing; the difference for the remaining period is prorated. Moving to or from Ultra is arranged with us.
From the “Plan” area, whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, then it doesn’t renew; the period already paid isn’t refunded.
Every browser or app you sign in from counts: Chrome and Edge on the same computer count as 2. Starter includes 3, Pro and Ultra have no limit. You can disconnect a device at any time from Settings.
Starter includes up to 3 instructors. If you have more, Pro has no limit and you can switch to it at any time from the “Plan” area.
Sending WhatsApp messages from the app is coming soon, on every plan: pay per message, from prepaid credit with no monthly fee, at what WhatsApp charges plus a small margin stated up front. Automatic WhatsApp reminders, also coming soon, are included in Pro and Ultra.
It’s a feature we’re completing: when it arrives it’s included in your plan at no extra cost. Meanwhile the plan costs less: the launch price goes up as the new features arrive.
The first 10 schools that subscribe to a paid plan keep the launch prices for as long as they stay subscribed, even if they change plan or switch from monthly to annual. If they cancel, the locked price can’t be recovered.
Yes: the data you enter belongs to your school, and we process it only to provide the service. Excel export is coming soon.
